If you wish to exchange the jewelry after receiving the order, the customer can contact us via email to initiate the process. The request must be made within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product, following the instructions of the Consumer Defense Code. The right to exchange is guaranteed under the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or any alterations. We reserve the right not to exchange the product if the packaging and/or jewelry are damaged or compromised.
The piece must be shipped (i.e., returned to our studio) within 48 hours after the customer initiates the exchange or return process.
The cost of return shipping and new shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made/personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged.
